Hi, I'm Alyssa...

I am a mama to two sweet and spunky daughters and three goofy fur-babies. 

My journey to becoming a certified fertility, birth, and postpartum doula began while I was pregnant with my first daughter after recently going through cancer treatments and being told I was not going to be able to have any biological children.

Now as the mother of two miracle daughters, I truly knows how momentous this precious life event is and why nourishing a birther's mind, body, and soul can stack the cards in their favor for a more joyous pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

I've made it my mission to help families and women in particular prepare their bodies and environment during pregnancy for a physiological birth, and faster recovery postpartum. I am your second set of hands when you need it most!

I live in Sonoma County, where I love to craft, paint and dance to vinyl records with my kids, find new recipes to cook with my family, love on all the animals, camp by the Lake, venture out to the beach (even though my SoCal husband says Bodega Bay is not a beach lol), lift heavy weights, and roam around this beautiful place I get to call home.
