Prep 4 Birth™️ Group Classes

Are you looking for the best way to prepare for your birth?
Are you looking for a better birth experience than last time?

Why Should I take Prep4Birth™️

(previously known as Birth Ball Basics™️)

This evidence based workshop is for all trimesters of pregnancy. You learn how to use the birth ball and the peanut ball during your pregnancy to strengthen your body, provide comfort measures, and prepare your mind for your vaginal or cesarean birth.

Studies show that women who prepare for their labor and birth have a better birthing experience, lower rates of intervention, and better outcomes. Learning how to use a birthing ball can be beneficial for relieving back pain, decreasing pelvic pressure, help baby navigate the pelvis easier, and it might even shorten labor!
